Hernessing the wind

In the part of energy of Catalonia today, talks about the wind farms.
The Generalitat says which the aeolic parks are a lot illeal, and don't have security for the animals, but they have authoritation.
Other problem, is the space which are there because in the little wind farm the maximum alectricity to generation is 10 megawattts, but there new now priorities to application in four months.
